Cromarty Splash & Dash 2012 - Timetable

NB.  All timings subject to slight changes on the day

11.00 – 11.30am	REGISTRATION (at the Harbour) – for ALL participants. NB. If you haven’t registered by 11.30am, you may lose your place!
11.30am	FANCY DRESS - anyone in a costume gather at the stage
11.35am	PRIZE-GIVING FOR ‘BEST SPLASH’ AWARD - If you come dressed up, you're in with a chance of winning this spectacular trophy!  Judged by Jenny Henderson of The Royal Hotel.
11.40 - 11.55am	AEROBIC WARM-UP – join in, enjoy the music and get those muscles flexing with Cromarty's own Steve 'Bootylicious' Agyei.
11.55am	PIPED PARADE TO THE BEACH - for all Splashers.  Spectators, get your cameras at the ready!
12.00pm	COUNTDOWN....SPLASH!
12.25pm	MASS START FOR ALL RUNNERS - Mad & Mini Dashers
12.25pm	KEEP MOVING WITH SALSA NORTH - spectators keep warm whilst waiting for runners to return with some spicy Latin moves courtesy of Jermaine and Salsa North!
1.15pm approx.	PRIZE-GIVING - trophies for 1st place Splash & Mad Dash and Splash & Mini Dash, plus medals for first three places in each Dash.
